Dear Minister Huang,

Once more, I am requesting that this case of the Ministry of Education
vs. National Cheng Kung University be finally resolved. The Taiwan
government has got to effect justice in the case I won, sanctioned by
the
Ministry of Education. I will continue to pursue all possible channels
to resolve this case as soon as possible, and in terms of the justice
guaranteed by the Taiwan government.
